Now thru December 31 we will be offering studio time for non-active students,
Tuesday - Friday from 12pm - 6pm and Saturday from 12pm - 3pm for $5 per hour. This will include use of the grinders, morton system, beetle system, circle cutter, and taurus saw. Hand tool rental is extra.
Our holiday hours will be as follows:

Saturday, Nov. 27 - Normal (10am - 3pm)

Fusing Prices:
Small/medium mold rental, firing, slumping: $10 - $20
Large mold rental, firing, slumping: $25 - $30
Panel only fusing charge:
6" x 6" space = $6
12" x 12" space = $12
Class will include a brief introduction to the basics of glass fusing, materials used including dichroic glass, stringers, fracture, noodles, and frit, and the kiln firing process. Fired pieces will be available the next week after class. Students are asked to bring their own cutting tools. Wear closed-toe shoes.

Students will use bevels and glass nuggets to make a stained glass snowflake. You will learn to foil and solder your snowflake together.
Bring your tools if you have them. There will be several patterns to choose from. All materials included. Please wear closed-toe shoes.

Saturday, Nov. 20

Enjoy an evening of fun making two fused ornaments or snowflakes. Class will include an introduction to the basics of glass fusing, select materials including stringers, fracture, noodles, and frit, and kiln firing of the pieces made during this session. Ornaments should be ready for pickup within 2 days of class.
Bring your tools if you have them. Some materials extra. Please wear closed-toe shoes.

Enjoy an evening making a stained glass nightlight. You will have four patterns to choose from: Teddy Bear, Angel, Snowman, or a Penguin as well as several textured glass block styles to put it on. You will cut all the pieces, glue and decorate your glass block. Most materials included.
Bring your glass tools. Must wear closed-toe shoes.

Enjoy 2 hours of fun making several small pieces for jewelry including, pendants, earrings, or pins. Class will include a brief intro to the basics of glass fusing, materials (glass and 3 jewelry findings), and kiln firing of the pieces made during this session. We will use Frit, Stringers, Noodles, Confetti, and Dichroic Glass. We will fire the pieces after each session and they will be ready the following day. You will choose which pieces to have jewelry findings put on at that time. Wear closed-toe shoes.
Bring your tools: cutter, runner, grozer, and a mosaic cutter if you have one.
